Spicy Potato Cutlets

5 small potatoes. Remove skin and shred with carrot halwa   
                             Smaller blade is perfect for this
3 tbsp. Basin atta ( chickpeas flour)
2 small spicy green chilies.  Chopped
1 cup finely chopped coriander leaves 
1 cup finely chopped onion
1/2 tsp Heldi powder. (Turmeric)
1 tsp salt or to taste
1/2 tsp red chili powder 
1/2 tsp crushed red chili
1 tsp crushed AJ wan
1 tsp whole white zeera

Method very easy

Add shredded potatoes in colander and rinse the potato to remove starch.  This process is very important

Next in cloth put this shredded potatoes and squeeze out all the water as much as you can. 

Now add all of the above ingredients in shredded and drained potatoes.   Fix well with your hand

In trying pan add very little oil.  Keep flame low to mediums 


Make round thin pati and shallow fry

Once it change color turn it over and let this side cook too


Serve with Emil, tomato, mint and coriander chutney
And whole wheat roti
